It only gives me the option to change resolution from the front panel display of the motorola and nothing appears on the TV. I can not even access the advanced settings by turning the motorola set top box off and press the menu button. The thing is I am under the impression that there is some sort of restriction Shaw has put so it can not be used this way. That didn't help either as you can see in the second picture I have posted. When using HDMI cables in and out, sometimes the picture on the TV does not appear at all and when it does appear, it appears and disappears every few seconds. The newer Motorola DCX3510-M I have seems to have a problem when used with the HD PVR 2. I have 2 set top boxes with Shaw in Canada, one of which is 1080i and works fine.
